Smoking is banned inside the property. Any smoking inside will incur a fee of $1000 nzd to cover the cost of deep cleaning, decontamination and loss of revenue while these are taking place. Please note that the property is shared with a small bach. The two homes are separated by a fence - however, the guests staying in the bach will access their space via the bottom of the driveway. Please respect each others space by not crossing over the fence to their side.

The section is shared with another Airbnb - “Waikanae Beach Escape” The two homes are separated by a fence and share the very start of the driveway. Booking out both properties is a great way to accomodate more of your party otherwise if you have only reserved Waikanae Beach Abode please respect their privacy by not crossing over to the other side of the fence. The price for two people is based on using one bedroom, please let me know if you are two people, but using an extra bedroom - There is an extra charge of $30 per night to cover the cleaning and linen change of extra bedrooms. Thank you! If you would like a late checkout on the day you are due to leave, please let me know. We offer a late check out option which will allow you to spend the rest of the day at the property (until midnight) for a $80 fee (subject to availability). Well behaved pets are permitted, please bring their own bedding! Any accidents that occur will incur additional cleaning fees, so please let us know if anything happens.
