Please note that the kitchen is a kitchenette - it does not have an oven or cooking hobs. Take a look at the photos to see if the kitchenette is suitable for your stay. We also have had an outdoor bath installed for your use. We are so happy to allow your furry friends to accompany you on holiday!Please take note that dogs are allowed onto the property when both the pet fee has been paid and the presence of your dog is known to us. Please bring bedding for your dog, and ensure that they remain off the furniture. If any accidents occur inside the house, or damage occurs please let me know as soon as possible. Extra fees for damage or cleaning in excess of the usual amount will apply. Smoking is banned inside the property. Any smoking inside will incur a fee of $1000 nzd to cover the cost of deep cleaning, decontamination and loss of revenue while these are taking place. Parking is on the street outside the bach - please do not park in the driveway of the main house or enter the property on that side of the hedge. Kindly note that date alterations to your booking that occur within 5 days of check in will not be able to be approved. This is due to the sneaky clause that is a work around for guests to cancel a booking outside of the 5 days prior to arrival.
